The pendant has an amazing tactile feel to it, etched and detailed on the concave side, and on the convex side it has a silky smooth feel--you want to touch it almost the way you'd touch the smoothness of a worry stone in your pocket. The back of the medallion is a brushed silver, as is the chain itself. It has a nice heavy weight to it and feels powerful against the body.
