We make every attempt to have all shipments, unless you are notified otherwise that the item is out of stock, leave our stores within 24 hours of your order being placed. We know you are anxious and we want you to get your fabulous new items as soon as possible!
Exchanges are FREE!
If you'd like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, your shipping costs back to us are covered! Just email us, specify you are making an exchange, and request a return shipping label. We'll send one via email/PDF asap. Please include your return/exchange card with your order so we know what you need, and even better, let us know in an email and we'll make sure to pull and hold the item you want for exchange!
Returns are EASY!
If you decide something isn't perfect, just follow these simple steps:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know your order # and what you are returning and we'll email you back with a printable shipping label (PDF attachment) for your convenience (and we'll deduct the return shipping costs from your return credit). You can simply print the label, place it on the box, and give the item to your postman, or drop it off at your local Post Office.
Upon receiving your package we'll credit you the amount of your return MINUS the cost of shipping the item back (and we will use the actual shipping costs as shown on your label). We'll email you to let you know that the item came back, and the credit has been issued.
Please make your returns within 14 days. We are a small business and it is very helpful for us to get the merchandise back that doesn't work for you! If you have any problem meeting the 14 day timeline, simply email us and let us know so we can work with you! HOLIDAY EXCEPTION: Please note, any item purchase during the holidays can be returned thru January 15th for a credit or exchange and are exempt from the 14 day return policy. We want to make sure that all your gifts are loved, and fit perfectly!
We will process your return quickly, and once we issue the credit to your credit card, it should show up on your card within 1-7 days (depending on the particular bank issuing your credit card).
If you choose not to get a shipping label from us, simply mail the item back, at your expense to:

All orders will be sent out via USPS Priority ground for FREE unless you specify otherwise, this usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to you.
Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
Please note: FINAL SALE purchases MAY NOT be returned. Regularly discounted merchandise MAY be returned within 14 days from purchase, but a FINAL SALE purchase may NOT be refunded (sorry ladies, we are letting these last "onesies" go at great prices to get them out the door) We mark each ITEM as a FINAL SALE next to the sale price so you can't miss it!
Special Orders: Sorry, if we special order a unique item for you we are unable to refund that item. If we special order a size that isn't in stock (but we carry the style), you CAN return it!
