Availability

If the item is in stock it will be shipped within 24 hours. We try and keep the website as current as possible, so if a size is listed as available, it most often is. If the item is not in stock we will email you within 24 hours of your order and let you know exactly when your purchase will be shipped out. Sometimes an item will no longer be available (we sold out and so did the designer), in which case we will email you within 24 hours and let you know that we are unable to process your order. We do not charge your credit card until we are sure we can send the order out!

If there is an item you don't see on our site that is made by one of the designers we carry, we would be happy to special order that item for you if we can. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns if the item is specially ordered for a customer. Please contact us directly regarding special orders and we'll do our best to find what you want.
